Validation of MITTS-A

The aim of this project is to make a comparison of the simulated expenditures on the different benefit types in MITTS with the FaCS administrative numbers on amounts of payments and number of recipients as reported in FaCS (2001), and similar numbers derived directly from observations in the Survey of Income and Housing Costs data.
