The Long-Term Impact of Informal Care-Giving on CarersThe main objective of this study is to better understand the effects of informal care-giving on the well-being of carers in terms of their socio-economic participation, personal and family circumstances, and other related factors. Several key aspects of carers' well-being will be examined, including the impact of caring on labour market outcomes, financial situation, health outcomes and on their social and personal lives. Funded by: Australian Government Department of Family and Community Services. The final report is currently scheduled to be completed in July 2005.
