Nicole has been the Survey Manager for the Household, Income and Labour Dynamics in Australia (HILDA) project since October 2000. She manages the fieldwork contract and the data preparation team. She also contructs the HILDA weights and is involved in the income imputation.

Prior to joining the Institute, Nicole worked for the Victorian Department of Human Services, the Australian Bureau of Statistics and a private statistical consulting company.
