Ross Dunn has been the Database Support Officer for HILDA Survey team since January 2010. Ross began his working life as an Analytical Chemist, mostly analysing chemical residues in agricultural produce for the Victorian State Government. He then went on to working with Laboratory Sample Management systems, and then progressed to working with a series of state-operated water quality databases.

Ross then left the public service and broadened his experience with a number of roles that included being a software engineer with Ericsson AsiaPacific Australia (now Sony Ericsson). Most recently, Ross has been the Database Manager at the Centre for Eye Research Australia (CERA).
