Higher Education and Research - Returns to Investment in Higher Education

The objectives of the project are:

• agenda on the economics of higher education, to enlighten the policy debates in this area.
• to review and uncover new research evidence on the returns to individuals and society of higher education in Australia;
• to review the evidence on returns to university research;
• to provide sound estimates of government expenditure on and revenue that results from higher education;
